Note - Mystic Ridge requires that all applicants who wish to lease or purchase a unit in Mystic Ridge undergo a criminal background check. The Declaration of Condominium of Mystic Ridge requires that such application shall not be valid unless the Board so approves and specifies circumstances that may result in a disqualification. In considering whether good cause exist to deny the transaction the Board shall consider mitigating circumstances such as the recency and nature of the event and its detrimental impact on the Condominium and its residents. The Association is an equal opportunity provider of housing and no transaction shall be denied for an illegal discriminatory reason.
